Conducted one-on-one interviews with six users to uncover their pain points, like pricing competitiveness, surge pricing, and route inefficiencies. To address these issues, after identifying pain points, proposed three feature solutions which aim to enhance the user experience and retain price-sensitive customers. In a nutshell, in this case study we explore the world of price-sensitive Uber customers, identified their pain points, proposed innovative solutions, and outlined a strategic plan for user retention and acquisition in a competitive market.
